Waterside RV Resort Updates for September

– Concrete pads are currently being poured.
– 75% of our lakefront paver pads are completed.
– Electric pedestals have been installed at all sites.
– Road construction has been fully completed.
– Installation of street lights is underway.
– Parking lots are marked, & parking stops have been installed.
– Pool deck railings and equipment are now installed.
– The office is ready & the Resort Manager is now present on-site!
– The Laundry/Shower building is finished
– Restrooms are also ready
– Clubhouse is sporting a newly furnished billiards room & library.
– Work on the WiFi system is in progress.
– Fencing for the Dog Park has been erected.
– Resort Entrance sign has been installed.
