February Construction Update

Waterside RV Resort in Sebring, Florida is getting closer to its 2024 opening date!
Take a look at the progress that has been made as this one-of-a-kind resort comes to life:

Our Waterfront Clubhouse:

The hard stuff’s done – all of the main construction wrapped up nicely. Now, onto the things that make it really feel like a little slice of paradise! Electrical installation, trim work, and paint are up next on our agenda. And outside? Our pool and spa are shaping up nicely – the framework has been completed, and our vision for a serene waterfront retreat is taking shape.

The Lots and Land:

The resort’s lots are graded, the road base is now down pat, and water and sewer lines have been installed. Electrical is next on the list! Once this is completed, big-impact items will start to take place, making it all really come together!

The next steps are exciting and are quickly bringing us closer to our grand opening! It’s not just a resort we’re crafting but an experience brimming with unforgettable memories – We can’t wait to see you Waterside!
